How the process works
Four steps, same order, every time
Same sequence whether it's one unit or a fleet program — that's what makes the 48-hour and 24-hour commitments something we can actually hold.
Tell us what's down
Call the shop or send the service request. We take the unit, the fault, and how fast you need it back.
Diagnose before we quote
Computer diagnostics and a full inspection come first. You get photos of what we found, not a verbal guess.
Estimate inside 24 hours
Written estimate with parts and labour broken out. Nothing else gets touched until you approve it.
Back on the road
Repair, retest under load, and a digital record of the work that lands in your maintenance file.
Every job leaves here with a record: what was inspected, what was found, what was approved and what was done. That record is what turns a repair into a maintenance history you can plan against.
Do you work on equipment hydraulics as well as truck hydraulics?
Both. Vocational truck bodies and off-highway equipment systems are core to this page — the crane capacity and the bay space are the reason we can take the bigger units.
Can you make hoses on site?
Yes. Hose fabrication and replacement is done in-house, which is usually the difference between a same-day fix and a two-day wait.
Get it booked
Tell us what's down.
We'll tell you when it's back.
Inspection results in 48 hours. Estimates in 24 hours. Both start the moment the unit lands in the bay.
